CAMGSM Plc. (Cellcard) has appointed Manu Rajan as the company's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from August 18, 2026, taking over the role from the company's previous CEO, Kok Leong Yap, after roughly one year. 

According to an official announcement published to the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) on August 17, the change in leadership was finalised following a resolution passed by CAMGSM's Board of Directors on August 14, 2026. CAMGSM have stated that “this transition signals positive momentum and better outcomes to strengthen company leadership and operational efficiency alongside business partners and customers, backed by the strong support of company shareholders and parent company, Royal Group of Companies”. 

The announcement added that the company remains committed to joining hands with the Cambodian government, relevant ministries, the Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC), authorities at all levels, and all business partners to contribute to the development of the telecommunications sector, digital technology, and overall national economic growth.

In addition to his role as CAMGSM CEO, Rajan will also be succeeding Kok Leong Yap as the new CEO of the Digital, Communication & Technology (DCT) Division at the Royal Group of Companies. Rajan last served as the Division CEO of Wing Cambodia and Group Chief Commercial Officer of the Royal Group of Companies. 

He brings close to three decades of experience in digital transformation and network innovation, across a blend of digital marketing, analytics, telecom operations, portfolio management, commercial banking, fintech, e-commerce and organised retail.
