ភ្នំពេញ — មន្ត្រីរាជការបានឱ្យដឹងថា អគ្គលេខាធិការបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្តវៀតណាម លោក តូ ឡាំ (To Lam) នឹងដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់មកកាន់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជានៅសប្តាហ៍ក្រោយ ដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំការទូតជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងវៀតណាម កម្ពុជា និងឡាវ។

យោងតាមក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជា ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចដែលគ្រោងធ្វើឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ តាមការយាងរបស់ព្រះករុណា ព្រះបាទសម្តេចព្រះបរមនាថ នរោត្តម សីហមុនី នេះ គឺដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនយោបាយ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដែលកំពុងរីកចម្រើននៅក្នុងតំបន់ឥណ្ឌូចិន។

ក្នុងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់លោក តូ ឡាំ នឹងរួមមានការចូលក្រាបបង្គំគាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអន្តរបក្សដែលដឹកនាំរួមគ្នាជាមួយប្រធានគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន និងកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រីភាគីដែលប្រមូលផ្តុំថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃគណបក្សកាន់អំណាចនៃប្រទេសវៀតណាម កម្ពុជា និងឡាវ។

មន្ត្រីបានបន្តថា កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះត្រូវបានរំពឹងថានឹងផ្តោតលើការសម្របសម្រួលក្នុងតំបន់ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសន្តិសុខ និងការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច រួមទាំងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធឆ្លងដែន និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ខណៈដែលប្រទេសជិតខាងទាំងបីកំពុងស្វែងរកការតម្រង់ទិសដៅគោលនយោបាយចំពេលមានការប្រែប្រួលនៃស្ថានភាពក្នុងតំបន់។

Vietnam’s To Lam to Visit Phnom Penh

PHNOM PENH — Vietnam’s General Secretary To Lam will lead a high level delegation to Cambodia next week for a series of diplomatic meetings aimed at deepening ties among Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, officials said.

The visit, scheduled for February 6 at the invitation of King Norodom Sihamoni, underscores growing political and strategic cooperation in the Indochina region, according to Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

To Lam’s trip will include a state audience with the King, an inter party summit co chaired with Cambodian People’s Party President Hun Sen, and a trilateral meeting bringing together the leaders of the ruling parties of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

Officials said talks are expected to focus on regional coordination, security cooperation and economic integration, including cross border infrastructure and trade, as the three neighbours seek to align policies amid shifting regional dynamics.
